FCCmeeting tonight
I was listen to WTVN 610AM for the weather. I was quite surprise that WTVN broadcast an ad from freepress.net for tonight's town hall meeting about media consolidation. To remind people here is the info:

Date: Wednesday, Mar. 7, 2007
Time: 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: Broad Street Presbyterian Church

WHKC 91.5 carrying progressive talk seems to be a dead subject. What if WHCK FM carries some Pacifica Radio's programming? Since Pacifica is a non-commercial?

I email Mr. Case just to be absolutely clear. If he emails me back I will be posting the email.

I did found a 50,000 watts Class B progressive talk station. KPTK 1090 AM. Here is the link Link

Here is a partial list of progressive talk stations that broadcast 5000 watts or more:

WWRL 1600 AM New York, New York (25,000 watts daytime 5,000 night Class B)
WARF 1350 AM Akron, Ohio (5,000 watts day/night Class B)
WWKB 1520 AM Buffalo, New York (50,000 watts Class B)
WDTW 1310 AM Detroit, Michigan (50,000 watts day/night Class B)
WWRC 1260 AM Washington, DC (5,000 watts day/night Class B)
