Although I cannot vote in the US elections, I pay attention because like everybody else on the planet - the results affect me directly. I encountered the Democratic Candidate Debates (in the US last week) and saw a Senator speaking truth, with passion, anger and complete disregard for the 'political game' - he was sensational.

Senator Mike Gravel is causing a huge wave through the internet forums, Youtube, Myspace, Facebook etc. He is exactly what the public want - straight talking and just like 'real people'....just a shame we don't have any like him here in ENgland - they would have my vote.

I think it very worthwhile taking the time to watch: Link ... this man and read:
Link ... the effect he is having - it is quite a lesson in how to do politics wrong - and get it completely right.

I really am surprised and delighted by what is happening in the US as a result of this man and truly believe that others could have the same
effect - if they just drop the politics and adopt reality and truth.
