What about McCain and Bush?

Now that the press/pundit whipped up fears about Clinton disdain and distance from Obama seem to be behind us, isn't it time for the that crowd to start asking of McCain 'where will George Bush be at your convention?' And will we even see Dick Cheney? And where? Beside you, behind you? Way behind? Or are you just going to give them movie money?
