Don't try to contact Marcy Kaptur thru the form

I was disappointed to learn the really neat system that is set up here at Progress Ohio to contact our elected officials will not work when contacting Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. I just did so and received the following email:
Thank you for contacting me. In an effort to more effectively manage the increase in the volume of e-mails received and to respond as quickly and thoroughly as possible, our office uses a new web based system that you can access through our web site at "Contact Marcy". The e-mail address rep.kaptur@mail.house.gov will no longer be active. The message you just sent could not be forwarded and should be resubmitted via the web form.
