To one who has listened closely to all the debates, as well as researching the candidates, it is truly remarkable the lengths to which Obama shape shifts to reach the audience of his current intent. One example of many is his religious affiliation. Note the following: His Catholic school in Indonesia listed him as a Muslim (which excused him from all religious classes or training). when did Obama become a Christian (as he avidly claims to be)?His mother was not His only Christian church affiliation is more centered on African roots (including celebrations in neither the American nor Christian calendar) and has a set of tenets based more in support of sociopolitical causes than any teachings of Jesus.
In true turn coat Obama form, he drew back from being identified with the only Christian minister he has had (Rev. Wright) as soon as he announced his presidency. And in rebuttal of his father's Muslim roots, recently countered with the following: Obama wrote in a Time magazine piece posted online on October 16, 2006, that "although my father had been raised a Muslim, by the time he met my mother he was a confirmed atheist, thinking religion to be so much superstition."; (According to other bio information, his father (who had four "wives" of whom the mother of "Barry"(now known as Barack) was #2, with the sticky issue that his father was still married to #1 when he took up with her) was an active Muslim until he became an "atheist" later in life. Note finally that his mother had a record of Communist leaning and that Obama (above quote) now disclaiming his father's Muslim faith, says instead his father came to view ALL religions as "superstitions". So where did all this "faith" come from?
That's the thing about constantly changing your story - elements of truth eventually leak out. We can only hope for the sake of our country, when it comes to Obama, this happens before it's too late. So again, we ask, Sen. Obama, when and how, exactly did you get converted to Christianity and, what exactly, has your religious training been? In another attractive lie, Obama claimed (at the end of the most recent debate) to having been raised by "a single Mom". In fact, his stepfather raised him in Indonesia, after which he was "under the care" of his grandparents when in private school in Hawaii. Sorry you got mixed up again, Barry. It was John Edwards who was actually raised by a single mom...(this post is written by an independent voter who has no church affiliation at all but does prefer candidates who tell the truth and have integrity

For progessohio.org to post this piece full of complete fabrications based on racist and anti musilim hate pieces that have been floating out there by the wackos is just sad.
This swiftboat like attack has not one shred of truth in it. In fact almost every point has been proven as false by numerous respected media for some time now. Even Fox News Channel wouldn't report this crap and they will report anything.
Progressohio.org has just lost any respect I once had for it.

I am in no way anti Muslim and this was not a hate piece. Facts referred to blurriness of Obama biography and clarifying other bio data, where he has frequently shifted his own history to suit his audience.
In prior elections, such basic data would be expected of a candidate for the country's highest office. Why is it intrepreted as an "attack" to even inquire of his?
Also, among the actual facts, you can find for yourself the info on his two Texas campaign offices sporting Che Guevera flags. If you think that fact, and his enthusiastic endorsement by Farrakan or that his (Trinity in Chicago) only church affiliation's magazine awarded the Black Supremacist their 2007 Man of the Year are insignificant, that's up to you as a voter.
I, as a voter, prefer to research whomever I vote for, beyond their public statements in the moment. And when I find trails of discrepancies and contradictions, I find it reasonable to question integrity
