My Roots Camp Impressions
I attended Roots Camp for the first time. I came to check out exactly what happens at this type of event. Now that I have participated in the camp experience, it is easier to understand the overall concept. Active learning is the best way to gain information and knowledge.

It was also a great way to do some real time networking. I had the opportunity to meet some of the other organizers and learn what is on the minds of other Ohioans.

I also came to check the camp out as a black female blogger. I will be sharing the experience with other African Americans in my blog post. I believe that the concept is one that other politicos may want to consider using in their respective states. I will be sharing my opinion as a black woman participant.

It was an interesting experience. I am glad that I decided to attend.
