Hispanics underrepresented

I hope Obama gets the opportunity to appoint more justices. Of course we need more women, but it seems as though there are a huge number of people in this country from Spanish-speaking backgrounds who have little to no voice in government. To appoint a Hispanic woman to the Supremes seems a little formulaic, but it could work.

The aging SCOTUS and system for choosing a justice is sort of like choosing a pope -- not in the best interest of the people. They should have mandatory retirement at age 75 or so.
