I remember the Party in Power complaining that the GOP pushed through a portion of the tax code that gave companies money to move jobs out of the US. The Party in Power has had a majority in Congress since 2007 and now has a President in the WH. Why haven't they passed a repeal of that section of the code? You would think that since it was a standard part of the Democrat's stump speech that it would have been high on the order of things to fix. Is it because their supporters in business would complain or because they would lose something they can beat the GOP over the head with every two years...kind of like real social security reform?
