Columbus - ProgressOhio earlier today received and posted all document related to Kenton Attorney Steve Christopher's accusation that he was unfairly eliminated from the ballot by actions of the Ohio Secretary of State.

"It is clear from the documents received in the written record request, that Mr. Christopher's filings came up short based on the detailed numbering systems issued on each of the papers," said Brian Rothenberg, Executive Director of ProgressOhio.

"We are making the public records request available to the public to see first-hand that there was a detailed procedure and that those procedures carefully documented the Christopher campaigns submissions."
