Payday Lending IS a Defective Product
By Free Fallin Aug 7th 2008 at 5:37 pm EDT
Speaker Husted, Senate President Harris and Governor Strickland are all right when they say payday lending is a defective product. There is absolutely no question that payday lending is designed to trap borrowers in a never ending cycle of debt. The industry's own researchers acknowledge that the average payday borrower takes out 11 or 12 loans per year.

Don't buy into their rhetoric about this being a one time fix to a short-term financial crisis! The big whigs from all over the country are flying in, are flooding Ohio with big money and are masquerading as friends of the little guy. Expect to see a number of ads laying out their deceptive message to voters during the Olympics! Don't be fooled! They are here to protect their profits and their ability to charge 391% interest.

Payday Loans as Defective Products

I never thought of it that way. Husted seems like a sharp guy.

Look at some of the other defective products we have banned, as a society: Car seats that strangle kids, pet food from China, the morning sickness drug that caused birth defects.

No Fax Payday Loan
By David of No Fax Payday Loans Aug 11th 2008 at 3:56 am EDT (Updated Aug 11th 2008 at 7:04 am EDT)
That’s what I’ve definitely thought about no fax payday loan. Unfortunately, most people look it the different way maybe because of what opinion they heard to other.
I remember a time way back when, when my paycheck had run out several days before I was to be paid again, though had bills that were coming due. I truly was not sure what I was going to do.
Scrambling, I remembered those commercials for payday loan places I'd seen on trv and logged on to see what they were all about.
The website explained to me, in plain English, what steps I would need to apply for, and hopefully be approved for, a payroll advance.
The online payday loan application took only a few minutes to complete and I was approved in seconds. Best of all, I had the cash I needed in just a few short hours, allowing me to put groceries back on the table in borrow flat. Thanks to a no fax cash advance, a huge burden was lifted off my shoulders. To gain more information pertaining to no fax payday loans, visit at: Link
