Attorney General Releases Payday Lending Report
Today, the Attorney General's Office is releasing the report that resulted from the payday lending hearings that the Office conducted across the state.

The hearings were held under the authority the Office has been granted in the Consumer Sales Practices Act.

The report, "Costly Cash: 2008 Payday Lending Hearings," was released to the Governor and General Assembly today in conjunction with hearings taking place in the Senate on the payday lending bill that recently passed the House.

Time for Dann's next task... election fraud
By User from Dublin, OH May 8th 2008 at 8:30 am EDT
So glad to hear this report on Pay Day Lending is done, now it is time for the Attorney General to turn his attention to the investigation and prosecution of the 2004 Election.

I had shared my thoughts with Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann and Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner that the most difficult part of getting this important CRIMINAL investigation done, is that they would need to deal with law breakers in "both" political parties. Members of the Ohio Election Justice Campaign have collected huge amounts of evidence that proves it, in MANY Ohio counties. These folks are more loyal to their "click" of election robbers, than to any party.

So now that both political parties, and all the statewide office holders want Marc Dann's head on a platter, he could take a good critical look at all of the election officials, including the office of the Secretary of State. Pat Wolf still works there, and Brunner and Dann have been given evidence that she was involved in the alleged rigging of the recount in Coshocton County in 2004. We also have a witness to her involvement of the alleged rigging of the Green County Recount.

So now that they are all mad at him, (and he did some stupid things to arrive at this place), Marc Dann doesn't need to worry about making them angry at him, they already are.

In most of the counties, the election officials are also the same people that run the county party. Well you can't investigate them if you don't want them angry. Hats are off now.

So the current slow down to getting this started, is that the palace guard over at the Attorney General's office won't let me talk to Marc Dann about this, won't give him my letters.

This issue won't go away. Dann needs to honor his campaign promise to deal with the theft of the United States Presidential office, from the state of Ohio, and get the Democrats out of the state of denial.

If Dann won't do it, and is replaced, the next person to go into office must do this immediately. And they shouldn't apply for the job if they are not interested. The OEJC is NOT going away. Most folks know what happened, or at least that something happened. So everybody... this is not a time for comfortable sissies who politely sit on the sidelines wanting to be popular. Get involved, your nation needs you!

No, Dann's next task is to eliminate sexual harassment and gender discrimination in state government. Clearly, it's a problem here in Ohio. You could help by not calling people "sissies."
