Pending a change to Ohio's Constitution, Penn National Gaming will build their Columbus casino at the former Delphi plant on West Broad Street.

The Arena District casino location that was specified in last fall's ballot measure proved unpopular among city leaders and near-by residents. Expect to see an item on this May's primary ballot to enable the move.
