I'm genuinely curious at to what everyone thinks about casinos in Ohio?

  • Logical extension of the lottery, valuable funding tool, civil right?
  • Preys on the desperate, increases financial hardships, causes blight?

...As Marge will attest. I know it's a poorly reasoned argument, but I like to gamble, just not in Ohio.

I have no problems with casinos and other gambling because I think their ads about money leaving Ohio at 65 mph is true, my problem is that one or a very small group of investers will make more profit than the state and as far as i am concerned that is not how it should be run.
