A state intern passed a polygraph examination after a storage device containing sensitive information was stolen from his car on July 10th.
For those not following this story, a storage device containing records of more than 850,000 Ohioans was stolen from this intern's car July 10th. By passing his three-hour polygraph test, his story has been confirmed.
As of yet there has been no evidence that he information on the device has been accessed, though Strickland has offered identity-theft detection service to those effected.
The stolen data is still being reviewed by the statehouse.
