My Union experiance in the United steelworkers and the AFL-CIO is the model I pull from. I believe we need this type of militancy at this tim of state cuts in MH funding cuts and increases in Prison funding. We hope that Ted Strickland and the Legislaature will lead the way in correcting this problem. If not, we may have to resort to Union tactics such as educational pickets and demonstrations drawing attention to their unfair treatment of Mental Health Consumers.
