Jennifer Brunner has always been an Ohio politico that garners reaction.
Regardless of where you were in the Brunner-Fisher Senate primary or during her term succeeding Ken Blackwell as Secretary of State - her book Courage and Cupcakes is bound to give greater insight into Ohio politics that many of you observed and experienced.
Today we are proud to offer her book online as a sneak preview.
In many ways Courage and Cupcakes is a product of the electronic age. Ohio political junkies can now read perspectives from insiders much like Bob Woodward and others have perfected in DC. The medium allows for the more limited Ohio politico audience to hear the perspectives and voices of state-based political observers that the cost of mass publishing could not sustain in bulk.
Jennifer Brunner has agreed to donate $1 of every book sale from her ProgressOhio edition to PO. She also serves on our Board.
But the book is her view, her perspective on events, and her view of what she experienced not ProgressOhio's.
Hopefully, in the future the medium will allow other perspectives as well - some of which agree and some which offer other perspectives from the events Jennifer experienced. Indeed it is part of the magic of the electronic age we inhabit.
