Remember when Mitt Romney proclaimed, "Corporations are people too!"? The sad thing is that our politicians do believe this and will do anything to protect themselves and their special interest friends.
For years our politicians have been drawing their own congressional and legislative districts- protecting their jobs while meandering around the best interests of everyday Ohioans. Voters First will be collecting signatures on Friday June 22 to take back the reigns from lobbyists and special interest.
The proposed amendment will take the power out of the hands of political insiders and hand it to a commission of independent citizens; to fairly draw our districts and build a better future for Ohio.
