The sentiment behind the historic uprising that happened in Egypt and currently in Wisconsin is also taking place right here in Ohio. Thousands upon thousands of working families are standing up and speaking out to defend the continued attacks on their livelihoods and their communities.
Ohio's Senate Bill 5 is a direct attack on the middle class and nurses, teachers, firefighters, and other hardworking people who keep our communities safe and provide vital services.
You can be a part of the history unfolding now in Ohio. Last week, thousands in support of working families converged upon the Statehouse in record numbers.
This Tuesday beginning at 1PM you can join the thousands more middle class workers and community members that will once again pack the Statehouse.
You can also participate after work because the next committee hearing on Senate Bill 5 is scheduled for 3:30PM.
We need our elected representatives to create jobs, not wage attacks on middle class families and scapegoat hardworking Ohioans who provide vital services to our communities.
