COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio House Democrats introduced legislation Monday that would allow citizens to challenge state laws they believe to be unconstitutional.

The legislation, which isn’t likely to go far in the GOP-dominated General Assembly, comes three weeks after the Ohio Supreme Court blocked a lawsuit against JobsOhio, the state’s private, nonprofit economic development agency.
