Two health insurers say that the Ohioans signing up for their coverage through the state’s federally run marketplace are trending younger as the open-enrollment deadline nears. Whether that infusion of youth can keep premiums affordable for the hundreds of thousands of residents expected to rely on marketplace coverage in future years remains to be seen.
