A proposed statewide ballot issue seeking a vote on a bottle-deposit bill was rejected yesterday by Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine DeWine said supporters of the Bottle Bill for Ohio committed two “fatal errors” by not submitting the minimum requirement of 1,000 valid signatures of registered voters and failing to supply a signed circulator statement.
